Interpretation

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions:

• "Platform" or "Website" refers to the dwa11 online gaming platform accessible at https://dwa11.cam and all associated subdomains, mobile applications, and services.
• "Company," "We," "Us," or "Our" refers to dwa11 and its authorized operators, licensors, and service providers.
• "User," "You," or "Your" refers to any individual accessing or using the dwa11 platform, whether registered or unregistered.
• "Account" refers to the unique personal account created by a User to access gaming services on the dwa11 platform.
• "Services" refers to all online gaming products offered by dwa11, including but not limited to casino games, live dealer tables, sports betting, slot machines, and specialty games.
• "Bonus" refers to any promotional offer, free bet, cashback, reload bonus, or other incentive provided by dwa11 to Users.
• "Real Money" refers to funds deposited by Users into their Account using actual currency (Indonesian Rupiah) for the purpose of wagering on the Platform.

Age and Residency Requirements

By using the dwa11 platform, you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 21 years of age or the legal age for gambling in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher. dwa11 strictly prohibits underage gambling and reserves the right to request proof of age at any time.
• You are a resident of Indonesia or another jurisdiction where online gambling is permitted by law. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of dwa11 services complies with local laws and regulations.
• You are not located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited or restricted by law. Users from restricted territories will have their Accounts suspended and funds may be forfeited.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party. Accounts may only be registered and used by the individual whose name appears on the account registration.
• You have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract with dwa11. Individuals under legal guardianship or with restricted legal capacity are not eligible to use the Platform.
• You are not currently self-excluded from gambling activities on dwa11 or any other gambling platform. If you have previously self-excluded, you must not attempt to create a new Account or circumvent exclusion measures.

Creating Your Account

To access Real Money gaming services on dwa11, you must complete the account registration process:

• One Account Per User: You are permitted to register only one Account with dwa11. Multiple accounts registered by the same individual are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate suspension of all accounts and forfeiture of balances.
• Accurate Information: You must provide true, accurate, current, and complete information during registration, including your legal full name, date of birth, email address, phone number, and residential address. Any false or misleading information may result in Account termination.
• Verification: dwa11 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to government-issued photo identification (Indonesian National Identity Card / KTP), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide requested documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in Account suspension and withdrawal restrictions.
• Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. All activity conducted through your Account will be deemed to have been authorized by you.
• Notification of Unauthorized Use: You must immediately notify dwa11 customer support if you suspect any unauthorized access to or use of your Account. dwa11 is not liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized Account access where you have failed to maintain adequate security measures.

Financial Transactions

dwa11 offers various payment methods tailored to Indonesian users, including local bank transfers and e-wallet services:

4.1 Deposits

• Deposits can be made through BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and other supported payment providers.
• Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed during the deposit process. Typically, the minimum deposit is Rp 50,000.
• Deposits are processed instantly or within minutes depending on the payment method selected. dwa11 does not charge fees for deposits, but your payment provider may impose transaction fees.
• All deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will result in funds being returned and potential Account suspension.

4.2 Withdrawals

• Withdrawal requests are processed within 1-24 hours, subject to successful identity verification and compliance with anti-money laundering procedures.
• Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for deposits, unless otherwise approved by dwa11 customer support for security or technical reasons.
• Minimum withdrawal amounts and maximum daily/weekly withdrawal limits apply and are displayed in your Account dashboard.
• dwa11 reserves the right to request additional verification documents before processing withdrawal requests, particularly for large amounts or unusual transaction patterns.
• Any Bonus funds or winnings derived from Bonuses are subject to wagering requirements as specified in the applicable Bonus terms. Withdrawals may be restricted until wagering requirements are fully satisfied.

4.3 Anti-Money Laundering

dwa11 is committed to preventing money laundering and complies with international anti-money laundering standards. All deposits must be wagered at least once before withdrawal requests will be processed. Suspicious transactions may be reported to relevant authorities.

Promotional Offers

dwa11 offers various Bonuses and promotions to enhance your gaming experience. All Bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions:

• Eligibility: Bonuses are available only to eligible Users who meet the specific requirements stated in each promotional offer. dwa11 reserves the right to exclude Users from promotional offers at its sole discretion.
• Wagering Requirements: All Bonuses are subject to wagering requirements (also known as playthrough or rollover requirements) before withdrawal. Wagering requirements vary by promotion and are clearly stated in the Bonus terms. For example, a 30x wagering requirement on a Rp 100,000 Bonus means you must wager a total of Rp 3,000,000 before you can withdraw winnings derived from the Bonus.
• Game Contributions: Different games contribute differently toward satisfying wagering requirements. Typically, slots contribute 100%, while table games and live casino games may contribute less (e.g., 10-20%). Game contribution percentages are specified in each Bonus offer.
• Time Limits: Bonuses and associated wagering requirements must be completed within the specified timeframe (typically 7-30 days from issuance). Unclaimed or uncleared Bonuses will expire and be forfeited after the deadline.
• Maximum Bet Limits: While clearing wagering requirements, maximum bet limits apply per game round (typically Rp 10,000-25,000 per spin/hand). Exceeding maximum bet limits may result in Bonus forfeiture.
• One Bonus Per User: Unless otherwise stated, only one active Bonus is permitted per User at any time. Attempting to claim multiple Bonuses simultaneously may result in all Bonuses being voided.
• Abuse Prevention: dwa11 reserves the right to void Bonuses and associated winnings if we determine that a User has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to creating multiple accounts, colluding with other Users, or exploiting technical errors.

Player Protection

dwa11 is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices and protecting vulnerable individuals:

• Age Restriction: Users must be at least 21 years of age. dwa11 employs age verification measures and will immediately suspend any Account found to belong to an underage individual.
• Self-Limitation Tools: Users can set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits, loss limits, and session time limits through their Account settings. Once set, these limits cannot be increased for a cooling-off period of 24-72 hours.
• Time-Out Periods: Users can request a temporary Account suspension (time-out) for periods ranging from 24 hours to 6 months. During a time-out, you will not be able to log in, deposit, or wager.
• Self-Exclusion: Users who feel they have lost control of their gambling can request permanent self-exclusion. Self-excluded Accounts cannot be reopened under any circumstances. Self-exclusion requests must be submitted to customer support and are effective immediately upon confirmation.

User Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the dwa11 platform and may result in immediate Account termination and forfeiture of funds:

• Creating multiple Accounts or allowing any other person to use your Account.
• Using the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms & Conditions.
• Colluding with other Users, engaging in fraudulent activity, or manipulating games or betting markets.
• Using automated betting software, bots, or any other tools designed to gain an unfair advantage.
• Exploiting software errors, bugs, or vulnerabilities for personal gain.
• Engaging in abusive, offensive, or harassing behavior toward other Users or dwa11 staff.
• Attempting to reverse engineer, decompile, or hack any part of the Platform.
• Using virtual private networks (VPNs) or proxy servers to disguise your true location, unless expressly permitted by dwa11.
• Depositing funds obtained through illegal means or attempting to launder money through the Platform.

Fair Play

All games offered on the dwa11 platform are provided by reputable third-party gaming software suppliers and are subject to the following:

• Games use certified Random Number Generators (RNG) to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. RNGs are regularly tested and audited by independent testing laboratories.
• Live dealer games are streamed in real-time from professional studios and follow standard casino rules and procedures.
• Sports betting odds are determined by dwa11 based on market analysis and are subject to change up until the time a bet is placed and accepted.
• dwa11 reserves the right to void any bet placed as a result of human error, technical malfunction, or obvious pricing errors (also known as "palpable errors").

Ownership

All content on the dwa11 platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, software, and game content, is the property of dwa11 or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. Any unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or commercial use of Platform content is strictly prohibited.

Disclaimer

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:

• The dwa11 platform and all Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
• dwa11 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.
• dwa11 is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of profits, or loss of data.
• dwa11 is not liable for any losses resulting from technical failures, communication network failures, unauthorized Account access due to User negligence, or force majeure events beyond our reasonable control.
• In no event shall dwa11's total liability to any User exceed the amount deposited by that User into their Account during the six months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the liability claim.

Legal Framework

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which dwa11 is licensed, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms & Conditions or your use of the dwa11 platform shall be resolved through the following process:

• Customer Support: In the event of any dispute, you must first contact dwa11 customer support to attempt to resolve the matter amicably.
• Mediation: If the dispute cannot be resolved through customer support, both parties agree to attempt resolution through mediation before pursuing formal legal action.
• Arbitration: Any disputes that cannot be resolved through mediation shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the arbitration rules of the jurisdiction in which dwa11 is licensed.
• Class Action Waiver: You agree to resolve disputes with dwa11 on an individual basis and waive any right to participate in class action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration.

Changes to Terms

dwa11 reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the dwa11 website. It is your responsibility to review these Terms & Conditions periodically. Your continued use of the Platform following the posting of changes constitutes your acceptance of such changes. If you do not agree to the modified Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your Account.

Ending the Relationship

Both you and dwa11 have the right to terminate your Account:

• Voluntary Closure: You may request Account closure at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, any remaining Real Money balance will be returned to you, subject to verification and anti-money laundering procedures. Bonus funds and associated winnings that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited.
• Termination by dwa11: dwa11 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your Account immediately and without notice if we determine that you have breached these Terms & Conditions, engaged in fraudulent activity, or pose a risk to the integrity of the Platform. Upon termination, dwa11 may retain funds if required by law or if there is evidence of rule violations.
• Inactive Accounts: Accounts with no login activity for 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant. Dormant accounts may be subject to monthly maintenance fees. dwa11 will make reasonable efforts to contact you before imposing such fees.
